Shelley Armstrong, Ph.D., M.A.T., MCHES, is the Academic Program Director for the School of Health Sciences undergraduate programs (B.S. in Public Health, B.S. in Healthcare Management, and B.S. in Health Studies) at Walden University. Her recent scholarly contributions to the field have included presentations at the Online Learning Consortium, Society of Public Health Educators (SOPHE), the International Conference on Health Promoting Universities and Colleges, and publications in the American Journal of Health Education, Journal of Physical Activity & Health, Athletic Insight, and Journal of Educational Research and Practice. Her professional memberships include SOPHE, APHA, and ASPPH.
