Kate Marshall is the Director of Distance Learning in the Koehler Center for Instruction, Innovation, and Engagement at Texas Christian University. Her responsibilities include state regulations concerning distance learning, internships, and practicums. She also provides training and course design for distance learning courses, as well as the analysis of distance learning courses and programs.
