In his role as an Instructional Support Specialist at the University of Denver, Nicolas supports and empowers faculty to deliver dynamic and engaging instruction. Nicolas’s great passion for instruction, learning, and technology has taken him up and down the Front Range of Colorado teaching in K-12, community colleges, and adult education programming. Nicolas earned his B.A in Linguistics from CU Boulder in 2013 and completed a graduate certificate in Language Technology. Nicolas is pursuing Master’s degrees in Research Methods & Statistics and Library & Information Science. Nicolas also serves as an Open Education Ambassador to the State of Colorado and serves on TESOL’s Research Professional Council & the executive board of CoTESOL.
