Given her passion for education and teaching, Molly enjoys her work as an Instructional Support Specialist at the University of Denver. Molly has taught at University College and Johnson & Wales University, worked with the U.S. Geological Survey’s Leadership Development Program, facilitated for a national collegiate leadership training company, and worked as an internal People Development Consultant at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Molly attended the University of Denver as a Boettcher Scholar where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and her Master of Business Administration. She also attended the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia and studied Spanish in Cuernavaca, Mexico. In addition to her MBA, she holds a Master of Education and Organizational Performance from Colorado State University and recently earned her Ph.D in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver.
