Dr. Jamie Murphy is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at SUNY Delhi. She teaches nursing education, global health, and leadership courses in the graduate program. Dr. Murphy’s 30+ years of nursing experience is in nursing education, community health, psychiatric nursing, and other clinical specialties. Dr. Murphy earned her master’s degree in nursing education from SUNY Poly and her PhD in Rural Nursing from Binghamton University.
Dr. Murphy has authored an open textbook for an online RN to BSN course, titled, Transitions to Professional Nursing Practice. Dr. Murphy is an Open SUNY fellow and a member of SUNY Delhi’s Chi Tau Chapter of Sigma.
