Diane is an Instructional Designer for Online Teaching and Learning at the University at Albany, State University of New York. Her role is to support faculty in the design and development of effective, high-quality online courses that provide educational opportunity to all learners. She consults with faculty on course design and instructional technologies as well as develops and delivers a variety of resources including tutorials, self-paced courses, webinars, and workshops. She has a PhD in Reading, an MS in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology, and a CGS in Online Learning and Teaching, and teaches an online professional development course for ALSC on Postmodern Picturebooks.
