As a Lead Instructional Technologist at NC State DELTA, Arlene Mendoza-Moran designs and facilitates workshops to support faculty in utilizing best practices for online course design, as well as the effective use of educational technologies and helps faculty improve the quality of online and blended/hybrid courses.
