As the Sr. Instructional Support Specialist on the Learning Experience Design Team at DU’s University College, Allison O’Grady leads the Instructional Support Team in developing faculty training initiatives and coaching adjunct faculty on best teaching practices. In this position, Allison aims to promote a culture of continuous faculty development and innovative course delivery. Allison holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Advertising from the University of Georgia, as well as a Masters in Higher Education from the University of Denver. She is a University College Master Teacher, Quality Matters Peer Reviewer, and has taught online, on-campus, and hybrid undergraduate and graduate courses at University College for over six years.
